Puget Sound Bank
Puget Sound Bank hired Philip Mitterling as chief financial officer. Mitterling was treasurer of EverTrust Financial Group. Pat Dineen is now chairman of the board, succeeding Jim Mitchell, the bank's current president and CEO.
