The Shipbuilders Council of America
Steve Welch, chief executive officer of Seattle-based Todd Pacific Shipyards Corp., has been elected chairman of the Shipbuilders Council of America, replacing Donald T. Bollinger. Todd Pacific has operations in Seattle, Everett and Bremerton. The council is a national trade association representing the shipyard industry.
