Washington State Treasurer's Office

Washington State Treasurer Michael J. Murphy announced that Richard A. Patrick will become deputy state treasurer for debt management. Patrick has been the finance director for the city of Burlington since 1988. He takes over the position vacated by Allan J. Martin who was appointed assistant state treasurer in May.
