Fisher Communications

Seattle-based Fisher Communications promoted Randa Minkarah to director of market development. She joined Fisher in 2002 as the general sales manager of KOMO-TV. Fisher Communications owns and manages 19 television stations and nine radio stations in the Pacific Northwest.
