Tacoma Public Utilities

The Tacoma Public Utility Board promoted William Gaines to director of Tacoma Public Utilities. Gaines was superintendent and replaces Mark Crisson, who led TPU for 15 years and is retiring. Gaines has been at TPU since 2006. TPU includes Tacoma Power, Tacoma Water and Tacoma Rail.
