King County

King County's Electronic Court Records Program is one of seven national recipients of the 2007 Innovations in American Government Award. It will receive a $100,000 grant as part of the award. It won for being a cost-effective solution to the paper-based court record storage and retrieval process. The award is given by the Ash Institute for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
