Honolulu-based Energy Industries, a developer of renewable and energy efficiency projects, won the Technology Company of the Year Award from the Pacific Technology Foundation. Last year's award went to Sony Corp. In the Pacific Northwest, Energy Industries has offices in Seattle, Spokane, Portland and Boise.
