HipCricket
Bellevue-based HipCricket, a mobile marketing company, hired Steven Siegel as vice president of brand solutions. Siegel worked with Enpocket and has developed mobile marketing programs for customers including Dunkin Donuts, The History Channel and Verizon Wireless.
