Cascade Living Group

Cascade Living Group, a senior living provider, acquired a majority ownership position of the Kent Arbor Village properties. The Arbor Village properties are an 89-bed assisted-living community and a 30-bed independent-living community, called the Inn at Arbor Village. Brian and Steve Yates, the founders of Arbor Village, will retain a minority share of ownership of the properties, which are located on one campus. Cascade Living Group intends to develop a 60-bed community on the campus.
