Foster Pepper

The Seattle office of the law firm Foster Pepper has promoted three associates to members. They are Neil Dial, Chris Napier and Alice Ostdiek. Dial joined the firm in 1999 and is in the Litigation Practice Group. Napier joined the firm in 2005 and serves in the Real Estate Practice Group. Ostdiek joined the firm in 2000 and is part of the Municipal Government Practice Group.
