Cascade Water Alliance

The Cascade Water Alliance hired Ed Oberg as CEO. Oberg has 32 years experience in policy and financial matters. With Oberg's hiring, Michael Gagliardo who has been general manager of Cascade since it was formed in 1999, assumes the title of director of planning. This year, the alliance becomes owner and operator of Lake Tapps and will begin construction of a regional water supply pipeline.
