Liberty Bank
Poulsbo-based Liberty Bank of Washington hired Paul A. Uhlig as chief operating officer and compliance officer. Uhlig has held management positions for local branches of Wells Fargo, Key and American Marine banks. Liberty Bank is currently recruiting shareholders and plans to open its first branch in Poulsbo this spring.
