Entellium, a Seattle-based developer of on-demand customer relationship management software, has formed a new customer experience design team to focus on small business customers' needs. The goal is to use a variety of techniques, from quantitative analysis to observing customers in their environment, to find ways to make business applications more usable and fun. The team leader is Paul Graves, vice president of customer experience design. He has worked in public, private and non-profit sectors for more than 20 years.
