Vicky Schiantarelli, manager of the State Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises Seattle King County office, was awarded the 2007 Champion Award by the Northwest Minority Business Council. Schiantarelli has worked for OMWBE since 1996. The agency's mission is to create a competitive and fair environment for contracting and procurement.
