Washington Mutual

The Washington Mutual Leadership Center at Cedarbrook hired Jeff Dolan as director of food and beverage, and Ivan Balbuena as assistant food and beverages manager. Dolan worked in Minneapolis at Cue at the Guthrie Theater. Balbuena was general manager of Specialty's Cafe and Bakery in Bellevue. The center is in SeaTac.
