American College of Trial Lawyers
Timothy J. Parker, a shareholder of law firm Carney Badley Spellman, has become a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. There are about 5,500 members of the association in the U.S. and Canada. Parker has practiced law in Washington for 30 years.
