Salish Lodge & Spa
The Salish Lodge & Spa near Snoqualmie hired Justin Sledge as executive chef. Roy Breiman, former executive chef since 2003, will now be culinary director. Sledge has 15 years of culinary experience and was executive chef at the 35th Street Bistro and The Daily Grill in Seattle.
