Calhoun will manage and grow business for personal trust offices in Seattle, Tacoma and Portland. Merrywell will manage private banking relationships and oversee retail branches in Seattle and Bellevue. Both will be based in Seattle. UnionBanCal Corp. is based in San Francisco.
