Utilities and Transportation Commission
The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission hired Anne F. Soiza as director of pipeline safety. Soiza will oversee safety programs and inspections of petroleum and natural-gas pipelines. She has managed the state's Occupational Safety and Health Administration enforcement program at the Department of Labor and Industries since 2006.
