Cascadia is closing; chef Sear goes to Four Seasons

Kerry Sear, owner and chef of Cascadia Restaurant in Belltown, is selling the space where his restaurant is located and moving to the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences to be executive chef of the hotel and director of food and beverage for the hotel and residences.

The Cascadia space at 2328 First Ave. is listed for $1.25 million. Sear, who owns the restaurant with his wife, Heidi Grathwol, is not selling the name or menu.
