Frause

Seattle-based communications firm Frause made two promotions and five new hires. Nicole Phelan was promoted to account executive. Phelan was hired in May 2007. Josh Chaitin was promoted to vice president/sustainable practice lead. Chaitin has been with Frause since 2005. New employees are Nichole Shell, Laura Gese, Christina Starr, Sarah Murphy and Laura Brown.
