Sleeping Lady Mountain Retreat
Sleeping Lady Mountain Retreat hired Kenneth MacDonald as executive chef. MacDonald is also responsible for Kingfisher Dining Lodge, O'Grady's Pantry and The Grotto. He has held culinary positions in Australia, Bangladesh, South Africa and India.
