Seattle-based Marchex, a search and advertising company, hired Sloan Seymour as vice president of Marchex Adhere, Ed O'Keefe as vice president of performance marketplaces, Brooks McMahon as vice president of partner development, and promoted Leigh McMillan to senior vice president, marketing and communications.
