Bothell Public Works

The Washington State Chapter of the American Public Works Association awarded its Young Leader Award to Nik Stroup, the city of Bothell's Public Works superintendent. The award recognizes young public works leaders who show potential for future growth within APWA. Stroup has been with Bothell's Public Works Department since 1996, starting as a maintenance worker.
