Bellevue-based Puget Sound Bank promoted Sean Brennan to executive vice president, chief lending officer; Tony Chalfant to executive vice president, chief credit officer; and Phil Mitterling to executive vice president, chief financial officer. This is a corrected version of an announcement that ran on Nov. 13, which incorrectly identified their new titles.
