Puget Sound Bank

Bellevue-based Puget Sound Bank promoted Sean Brennan to chief lending officer, Tony Chalfant to chief credit officer and Phil Mitterling from chief financial officer to executive vice president. The bank also hired Pam Richmond, who will be a customer service officer.
