Pizza Fusion

Pizza Fusion has opened a Seattle restaurant in the Trace Lofts at 12th & Madison in Capitol Hill. Upon receiving certification, Pizza Fusion says it will be Washington's first ever organic and LEED certified restaurant. Kevin York and Casey Seremek founded the new location. York worked at the Spring Air Mattress Co. Seremek was director of finance at Eastside Catholic High School. Pizza Fusion has 75 restaurants in 15 states across the U.S.
