D. A. Davidson & Co.

D.A. Davidson & Co., a full-service investment firm based in Great Falls, Mont., will take over two Smith Barney offices in Port Angeles and Pendleton, Ore. Both offices will close as Smith Barney on Dec. 12 and reopen under the D.A. Davidson & Co. name Dec. 15. Most of the staff in each office will remain the same and the financial consultants, not Smith Barney, will keep their clients. The Pendleton office will operate as a satellite of Davidson's Kennewick office, under Sharon Rhodes, branch manager. The Port Angeles office will be managed by current Smith Barney employee, Joseph Denhart.
