Utilities and Transportation Commission
The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission hired Anne Solwick as director of the regulatory services division. She fills a vacancy at the UTC created by the retirement of Chris Rose. Solwick is a former agency director and an attorney with 10 years of state agency policy experience.
