Foster Pepper said Jeff Frank, member in the law firm's construction and litigation practice groups, has been appointed chair of the Defense Research Institute's Judicial Task Force. DRI is the national organization of 22,000 defense trial lawyers and corporate counsel. The task force focuses on issues affecting judicial salaries, court funding, courthouse security, appointment methods of judges and unwarranted criticism of judges.
