Virginia Mason Institute

Virginia Mason Medical Center hired Diane Miller as vice president and executive director of Virginia Mason Institute. Miller spent the last year with Simpler Consulting, consulting on lean management techniques. VMI was created to meet the growing number of requests from health care organizations interested in learning how to apply lean principles to their business.
