Telecom Transport Management, a provider of voice and data transport solutions for wireless carriers, hired Lynn Refer as CEO. Mark Hamilton, the company's founder and current CEO, will continue as executive chairman of the board. Refer was president of Metro Network Services at Level 3 Communications.
