Coinstar
Bellevue-based Coinstar, a provider of business solutions for retail operations, promoted Michael Skinner to president of coin and e-payment services. Skinner joined the company in 2004 and has served in leadership roles since then. Before joining Coinstar, he founded and operated Elkhorn Consulting.
