Fonte Coffee Roaster

Local coffee company Fonte Coffee Roaster will open a cafe and wine bar this summer at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. Fonte is owned by Paul Odom. Tysan Dutta, previously sommelier and a manager for the Herb Farm, will work there. Fonte also hired Dismas Smith as a barista.
