Wine grape growers Bill and Andy Den Hoed announce the debut of Den Hoed Wine Estates in partnership with Long Shadows Founder Allen Shoup and Boudreaux Cellers owner Rob Newsom. Together, they will release the 2005 Den Hoed Marie's View red blend and the 2006 Den Hoed Andreas Cabernet Sauvignon. They have worked on this project since establishing a joint venture in 2005. The wines are named after the Den Hoed's parents, Dutch immigrants who began farming in Washington state in the 1950s.
