Allison & Partners

Allison & Partners, a communications, public relations and public affairs firm, is opening an office in Seattle. It will be the company's ninth office and its first in the Pacific Northwest. The company hired Tom Biro to manage growth in the region. Biro was senior director, communications at MTV. The San Francisco-based company expanded into Atlanta and South Carolina this year.
