Puget Sound Health Partners in Federal Way hired Hugh Straley as chief medical officer. Straley has been an oncologist for 23 years and is the former president of Group Health Permanente and medical director of Group Health Cooperative. Puget Sound Health Partners offers Medicare Advantage plans to more than 4,400 members.
