El Gaucho Portland
El Gaucho Portland hired Quinne Salameh as pastry chef. Salameh is expanding the restaurant's dessert program to complement classics as Bananas Foster, prepared tableside. She was recently assistant pastry chef and cook at Veritable Quandary.
