Coastal Hotel Group, a Seattle-based hospitality management company, hired four people to the Cedarbrook Lodge team. They are Greg Bye as general manager; Sylvia Nierling as director of sales; Roy Breiman to culinary director and Mark Bodinet as executive chef. Bye worked at the River Rock Casino in California. Nierling was with the Red Lion Hotel in Seattle. Breiman was with The Dining Room at Salish Lodge and Spa. Bodinet was with French Laundry Restaurant in Napa Valley, Calif. Cedarbrook is located on 18 acres near Sea-Tac Airport.
