Verdiem

Seattle-based Verdiem, a PC power management software company, hired John Scumniotales as vice president of engineering to lead the product development organization. Scumniotales was vice president of products at Serena Software where he defined and delivered Serena's Agile Project and Portfolio Management products to Fortune 500 customers. VJerry Barber has assumed the role of chief technology officer. Barber had served as vice president of engineering.
