DocuSign
Seattle-based DocuSign, a provider of on-demand electronic signature solutions, appointed Keith Krach as chairman of the board of directors. Krach is founder and former CEO of Ariba. DocuSign also hired Steven King as president and CEO. King has 25 years of information technology experience and has worked at Virtela, Zantaz and E*Trade.
