Banner Bank opened its South King County Commercial Loan Center in Federal Way at 34600 Pacific Highway S. Doug Hedger will manage the new loan center, which has a full array of commercial loan and deposit products. Hedger has more than 19 years of banking and financial experience, and joined Banner Bank in 2007.
