Fluid Market Strategies of Portland announced its director, John Morris, has been appointed to the Regional Technical Forum for 2010. Established in 1999, the RTF is the technical advisory committee to the Northwest Power and Conservation Council, the interstate organization responsible for planning long term electricity needs of the Pacific Northwest.
