Union Bank

San Francisco-based Union Bank named Patrick Fahey regional chairman of the Pacific Northwest. Fahey, who in late 2008 was brought in as chairman and chief executive officer of Frontier Financial Corp. and chairman of Frontier Bank, will be based in Everett. He has 40 years of financial services experience. He founded Pacific Northwest Bank in 1987 and served as its chairman, president and chief executive officer until its 2003 merger with Wells Fargo Bank.
