The Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine hired Michele Herman, a technology, licensing and patent attorney, as partner. Herman, with 20 years experience serving clients in the technology industry, was a partner with Woodcock Washburn and was formerly associate general counsel and senior director of IP strategy at Microsoft Corp.
