Foster Pepper

Law firm Foster Pepper promoted Jeremy Eckert to associate in the Seattle office. He will work in the land use and municipal government practice groups, and was previously a law clerk. Before joining Foster Pepper, he was director of the transfer of development rights program at Cascade Land Conservancy.
