Restaurants Unlimited

Restaurants Unlimited appointed Scott Smith president and CEO. He has been chief operations officer since June of 2009. Rene de la Garrigue will replace Smith as COO, Mike Majestic is director of marketing and Robin Galloway will remain CFO. The firm has 48 restaurants in 11 states.
