U.S. Bankruptcy Court

Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said Seattle attorney Marc Barreca has been appointed to serve as a judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington. Barreca fills a judgeship left vacant by the retirement of Bankruptcy Judge Thomas Glover.
