UPS
Nancy Koeper, a 24-year UPS veteran, is president of the new and expanded UPS Northwest District, directing small package operations in seven states. This is one of 20 new districts activated earlier this year. It includes all of Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, Washington, Oregon and a portion of Nevada.
