Foster Pepper

Rod Dembowski, a member in Foster Pepper's Litigation, Real Estate and Financial Institutions practice groups, has been selected co-chair of the American Bar Association's Real Estate Litigation Committee, Section of Litigation, for 2010-2011. The committee is involved with real estate disputes, including ownership, purchase and sale, title, casualty and land use.
